Raising a return

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and, where relevant, photographs. We'll confirm the next steps by email.

Condition

Sarees must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any tags attached.

Handloom variations

Handloom sarees are made by hand, so small variations in weave, colour and finish are natural and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. It can take several working days to appear in your account.
